Convicted rapist and kidnapper Christopher Block is back in jail this week, a little more than a month after he was caught up to and arrested for breaking out of his parole monitoring device in Skaneateles.

Block led authorities on a 35-hour manhunt until they eventually found and arrested him near the Skaneateles Country Club.
