The Cortland Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed Republican Congressman Marc Molinaro to their 2023 Congressional Lunch on Monday.
During the gathering, Congressman Molinaro laid out several important issues to his cause like housing and mental healthcare and discussed the Committees he serves on in the House like the House Committee of Transportation and Infrastructure.
“I’m truly focused on trying to deliver results… and work with the people of the 19th Congressional District on the issues that matter. So confronting the high cost of housing, lack of access and quality in cost of daycare, job creation, educational opportunities, agriculture support, support for small businesses. These are the issues that matter to people.” Congressman Molinaro said to X101.
Additionally, Molinaro took questions from the crowd during the event on various topics, including the country’s debt limit and rising costs.
