Complaint of Intoxicated Driver Leads to Arrest of Los Angeles Man

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office says around midnight on Monday, December 8th, officers were dispatched to Lamont Circle in Cortlandville by County 9-1-1 Dispatch for a driver reported to be intoxicated.

Officers initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver, identified as Kane X. Frisbie of Los Angeles, was determined by officers to be driving while he was intoxicated. Frisbie was arrested and charged with DWI, Driving with .08% of one percent or more of Alcohol, both Misdemeanors, and Consuming of Alcoholic Beverage, an Infraction.

Frisbie was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and later released on appearance tickets. He is due in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
