Join the Cortland County District Attorney’s Office and the Child Advocacy Center in front of the Courthouse this afternoon at 1 pm to kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Over 200 pinwheels will be planted as a visual reminder of the number of children and families served at the Center in the past year. DA Perfetti will also give a short address.

This community event is a great way to recognize Child Abuse Prevention Month and remind everyone that we all can help make great childhoods happen.

Because One Child Abused is One Too Many.

If you are unable to attend, be sure to take a photo wearing blue and tag the ‘Friends of the Cortland County CAC’ Facebook page using these hashtags:

  • #WearBlueDay2021
  • #GrowingBetterTogether
  • #OneTooManyNY
