The Code Blue Warming Center(s) will open this Saturday, November 12th. The center is a warm area and safe place for those looking to go stay overnight during the winter season.
The facility is a free, voluntary program. No eligibility requirements are needed for anyone who is looking for a place to stay. The center will be open daily during periods of cold weather (32 degrees or lower with wind chill).
Hours of operation are below:
Grace & Holy Spirit Church, 13 Court St. Cortland:
Monday through Friday 4:30pm to 8pm.
Saturday/Sunday 8am to 8pm
Entrance is located in the rear of the building
The Salvation Army, 138 S. Main St. Cortland:
Monday to Friday 8pm to 8am
Saturday/Sunday 8pm to 8am
Entrance is located in the back
