Former District 22 Rep. Claudia Tenney picked up a key endorsement yesterday in her race against incumbent Anthony Brindisi to try and return to that office in November.
Now backing Tenney in that fight is the New York State Troopers Police Benevolent Association, which represents around 6,000 members.
“Our campaign is thankful for the New York State Troopers PBA’s support and we will work tirelessly to live up to that trust, campaign” Tenney said. “I have fought for our brave police and worked to secure what they need to effectively do their jobs. Unfortunately, radicals are pushing dangerous policies that will harm our communities and prevent the police from doing their important work.”
The former congresswoman called into WXHC today and spoke about that topic and more.
Other conversation items included her attendance at several pro-police rallies in Rome, the recent bankruptcy of Remington and continuing price hikes at Spectrum.
She also discussed recent Trump boat parade held on Oneida Lake this past weekend.
