The City of Cortland Planning Commission meets tonight at 5:15pm at City Hall with a packed agenda for the month of September.
Agenda items for tonight’s meeting include site plan and special use permit for the solar project at 136 Pendleton Street in the City of Cortland, a site plan review for apartments at 6 Locust Ave., renovations plans and site plan review of 107-111 Main Street (former Bernard’s), installation of vehicle charging stations and more.
