City of Cortland Common Council Meets Tomorrow Night

The City of Cortland Common Council will meet tomorrow evening at 6pm at City Hall in Downtown Cortland on the third floor. Tomorrow night’s meeting will include recognizing a promotion within the City of Cortland Police Department, and a proclamation recognizing the City of Cortland’s support of St. Baldrick’s mission to conquer kids’ cancer.

Agenda items for tomorrow also include confirming Mayor Scott Steve’s appointment of a new corporation counsel for the city, approve a collective bargaining agreement, amending the ‘25 budget, and more.

There will also be a public hearing prior regarding amending Chapter 29 of the Administrative Code to authorize the Council to adopt a resolution management plan regarding terms and conditions of employment for non-union employees.
