Cortland man found with Vehicle Stolen from Cornell

A Cortland man was arrested Tuesday (February 26) after he was found in possession of a vehicle that was previously reported stolen from the Cornell University campus in Ithaca.

City police say 30-year-old Todd Brady, of Clinton Avenue, also had an original title to the vehicle that he had altered to appear as though he was the owner.

Brady’s charges include a felony for 5th-Degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and a misdemeanor for 1st-Degree Tampering with Public Records.

Following his arraignment, Brady was remanded to the county jail without bail and reappeared in city court yesterday (February 26).
