Officer’s from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a reported stolen vehicle at Night Owls on Route 11 in Cortlandville back on April 4th of this year.
Through a collaborative effort with the City of Cortland Police Department, investigators were able to determine 35 year old Monti J. Mann of Chittenango, was not only in possession of the stolen vehicle, but was also the one who stole it.
A warrant was issued for Mann’s arrest for stealing the vehicle. He was later apprehended on Friday, July 14th by officers. He faces a charge of Grand Larceny in the 3rd, a Felony.
Mann was arraigned through the centralized arraignment process and remanded to Cortland County Jail with no bail.
