Chili Cook-Off Returns For Homer Winterfest Later This Month

The Homer Winterfest will return beginning on Friday, January 24th and continue through Sunday, January 26th. A favorite of Winterfest will also be returning this year, that is the Chili Cook-off. The cook-off will take place on Saturday January 25th at the Center for the Arts in Homer from 1 to 3pm.

The cook-off will have a 1st and 2nd prize in the amounts of $100 & $50 respectively for each of the two categories, Traditional and Specialty. Those who are interested in entering into the cook-off may do so online at Center4Art.org. An entry fee of $10 is required, full rules may also be found on the Center’s website. This year’s cook-off is being sponsored by the Center for the Arts in partnership with Homer Winterfest.
