Childcare Center Coordinator (Full-Time)

Full-Time Position: 37.5 hours/week

Description: Manage day-to-day operations of CAPCO’s fee-for-service childcare center, including program implementation, staffing, enrollment coordination, regulatory compliance, family communication, fiscal tracking, curriculum support, and staff supervision. The role ensures a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for children while working collaboratively with Early Childhood Development leadership, administrative teams, families, and community partners.
