The Child Development Council will be hosting their next Welcome, Little One series beginning on February 1st from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at their Ithaca office located at 609 W. Clinton St. in Ithaca.
The series is for a new or expecting parent(s) in either Cortland or Tompkins Counties and will be a free 4-part intro series for expecting and new parents. Those who participate in the entire series will receive a beginning library and a piece of baby gear.
Topics for the series include: what to expect in the first few days at home, how to soothe a newborn, feeding your baby, typical milestones and much more.
The series is four parts with the dates of February 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Ithaca Office (609 W. Clinton St. Ithaca). Registration for this event is required by emailing Malinda@ChildDevelopmentCouncil.org or by calling 607-273-0259.
