On this mornings Meet Cortland County Mike Eves was joined by Kris Beard, Coordinator for the Cortland Child Advocacy Center. April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. Kris explained what this agency does to help those young people affected by abuse and how they are working to raise awareness. She also explained the blue pinwheels we’ve seen around town.
