Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Willet on Thursday, October 13, and report two arrests.
Erwin Bosket, 37, of McGraw, was arrested on three counts of criminal contempt. Bosket is accused of violating an order of protection.
According to information provided by deputies, Child Protective Services had requested deputies join them on this home visit.
Officers report that Theresa Bosket, 29, of McGraw, was arrested for interfering with the investigation.
Deputies say they found Erwin Bosket hiding in the basement.
The police report shows he violated a family court order to stay away from three protected persons and that he was arraigned in Freetown court and released.
