Cortland junior Lance Meeson (Clifton Park/Shenendehowa), junior Jack-Henry Whalen (Yorktown Heights/Yorktown) and sophomore Sean Zupko (Montgomery/Valley Central) have been named to the 2023 Division III Men’s Swimming and Diving Academic All-District team for District 3.
