Centralus Health Says Arleo Eye Associates to Fully Integrate Come January 1st With Cayuga Health

Centralus Health says come January 1st, 2026, Arleo Eye Associates will fully integrate with Cayuga Health with a new name, Centralus Health Eye Center. Centralus says locations, staff, phone and fax numbers will all remain the same.

With the integration, the practice will be closed from January 1st through the 3rd, Cayuga Health says, to accommodate the conversion. An answering service will answer patient calls and will still alert staff to any urgent needs. Cayuga Health says patients should plan ahead for prescription refills to prevent a lapse during the brief closure period.

The transition, Cayuga Health says, will also bring a new electronic medical record system to Centralus Health Eye Care. The system, titled EPIC, will allow patients to track test results, make appointments and contact their providers, and connect them to the entire Centralus Health System which includes five hospitals and dozens of outpatient offices.

Following the transition to Centralus Health Eye Care, patients are asked to bring their current insurance card and photo ID to their first appointment. Patients who decide to change eye care providers will need to request records transfer. This may be done by contacting the office via two ways, email at Medical_Records@CayugaMedicalAssociates.org or calling (607)277-2365, option 6. A form will then be mailed.
