The Cortland County Office for Aging has announced a new partnership with Blooming Health, a platform designed to help the Office for Aging communicate with older adults in the county and inform them of available services to help them age independently in their own homes.
Using Blooming Health, the county is able to reach older adults where they are, whether that’s through voice calls, text messages, or email, and its available in over 35 languages. The Office for Aging is already utilizing Blooming Health to communicate with older adults about some of their key programs, including Case Management, HEAP, Caregiver Support and Transportation services.
In the next week, Cortland County Office for Aging will use Blooming Health’s platform to reach clients who’ve contacted their office in the past year about information and assistance, vaccine support, services or on-going case management.
