CAPCO Seeking Feedback Regarding the Needs in the Cortland Community Through a Survey

The Cortland County Community Action Program (CAPCO) is seeking the public’s feedback regarding the needs within the Cortland Community with a brief online survey. CAPCO says the survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
