A few days after Mick Jagger posted a video online of him practicing his dance moves as he prepares for The Rolling Stones’ now-rescheduled North American tour, the singer has uploaded a new clip to his social media sites showing him jamming on guitar.
The 34-second video, captioned “Rocking out new tunes,” features Mick strumming a black Fender Stratocaster as he plays along to what apparently is a new Rolling Stones song. The Stones have been working on material for a new studio album, but no announcement has been made regarding when the record might be released.
As previously reported, Jagger underwent a heart-valve-replacement procedure in early April, forcing his band to postpone its planned 2019 No Filter Tour of North America. The 75-year-old rock legend reportedly is now healthy, and The Stones are slated to kick off the trek on June 21 at Chicago’s Soldier Field. You can check out all of the dates at RollingStones.com.
