The Cortlandville Planning Board approved permits for the six-building David Yaman warehouse and manufacturing development at the old SCM site on Route 13.
A subdivision, conditional use and an aquifer protection special permit were included.
Two buildings will go up initially, with others added later.
Greenspace requirements are part of the town’s wellhead protection process at the site.
Developer Yaman assured the Planning Board that there are no plans by the three companies he is working with to store any volatile chemicals on site.
Yaman said he will assist the state DEC to finish its remediation project at the site.
