Rep. Anthony Brindisi spoke with WXHC yesterday about the federal Heroes Act, which would deliver relief to Upstate New York communities, workers, rural hospitals and frontline heroes.
“I voted for this bill because it addresses the continued public health crisis and provides desperately needed economic support for struggling families and essential workers,” Brindisi said. “Congress must put politics aside to deliver real relief for folks; the Heroes Act does just that.”
According to Brindisi, the bill includes funding for frontline heroes, state and local governments, rural hospitals and small businesses, farmers and additional stimulus checks for Americans.
