The Cortland County Highway Department is letting drivers know who use Kinney Gulf Rd that a bridge is being rebuilt between Quail Ridge Rd and Collegeview Dr.
Kinney Gulf will still have access, but with one lane traffic with a temporary stop sign at the work site.
All traffic is required to stop and then proceed slowly when safe to do so. Construction will only occur during work days and hours between 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday.
All other times the road will be open to two lanes as usual.
