Seven members of the Cortland baseball team have earned All-Region 3 honors from the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) or the website D3baseball.com for the 2023 season. Six Red Dragons made the ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Team and five were selected to the D3baseball.com team, led by Dylan Beers (Woodbury/Monroe-Woodbury) being chosen as the ABCA Region 3 Pitcher of the Year and Cortland head coach Joe Brown being selected as the D3baseball.com Region 3 Coach of the Year.
