Arrests Reported By Homer Police Officers

Local News

Officers from the Homer Police Department arrested a Homer teenager for Trespass Wednesday morning.

Police say Austin Uhle had entered Homer High School Monday night, even after he was warned he was not allowed inside.

No students were in danger, according to police.

Uhle is due in Homer Town Court on a Trespassing charge on Tuesday.

Officers from the Homer Police Department arrested Jesse Marion, 36, last week as he appeared in Homer Town Court.

Marion was identified through an investigation into the theft of a collection box from a business in the village last March.

Detectives from the Onondaga County Sheriff’s office had already arrested Marion for similar crimes there.

Homer Police obtained a warrant for Marion’s arrest and corrections officers brought him to Homer for arraignment on Petit Larceny charges.

Kathleen Bell, who is 39, and Nathan Marshall, 38, both of Homer, were arrested by Officers from the Homer Police Department last week.

Apparently, Bell tried to get into a home on James Street where an 8-year old child was.

When Bell couldn’t get in, police say she called Marshall to come and help her.

Police say Marshall hit a car as he drove to James Street and didn’t stop.┬áHe also didn’t have a license.

Marshall then borrowed the car Bell was driving to leave the James St. home.

Here’s how police sorted things out: Bell was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Attempted Criminal Trespass and Facilitating Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle twice.

Marshall was ticketed for driving without a license.
