Larry R. Walrad Jr. was found and arrested for the charge of Second Degree Murder, a Felony, on Friday May 12th in Candor, NY.

On May 4th, a grand jury within Tompkins County indicted Walrad on the charge mentioned above, but the indictment was sealed until he was located by police 8 days later. Recently, the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office asked for public assistance in locating him.
It was on Thursday, around 11pm on May 11th, a tip came into the Sheriff’s Office that Walrad was seen on Main Street in Candor, NY.
