Cortland City Police made a large drug bust over the holiday weekend. They say on Sunday around 9:30 am they responded to a disturbance.
While at the disturbance officers found Tyler J. Forshee at the residence. Police determined he had an active arrest warrant.
The warrant was for an unrelated Petit Larceny.
While arresting Forshee officers found 195 bags of Heroin and a large amount of meth in his possession.
He was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a felony. He was sent to Cortland County Jail without bail.
