Area 51 Has a Brand New Location and Look with New Offerings!

Saturday November 15th marks a big day for Cortland as that’s when Area 51 moves into their brand new, bigger, and better than ever store space! That’s right, Cortland’s hub for all things gaming, cards, and collectibles is expanding. Area 51 is relocating from the Cortland Corset building at 75 East Court Street to the former Joann store in the Riverside Plaza at 168 Clinton Ave as of November 15th. You’re invited to join for the Grand Opening at noon and check out all of the new improvements to the store space.

The New Location affords larger play spaces for games and events with separate spaces for more private games like Dungeons and Dragons and other Tabletop Games. There will be dedicated spaces for miniature games such as Warhammer 40k. Brand new to the location is the availability to buy and trade new and used video games and video game systems, and you can even game in the store with their brand new paid membership area. Members will have access to video games, foosball, pool, darts, and more. There is so much coming to the brand new location of Area 51, in the Riverside Plaza at 168 Clinton Ave where Joanne’s used to be. Come on down to the Grand Re-Opening at noon on Saturday November 15th, and come back each and every day after from noon to 9pm. Play, collect, and connect at Area 51.
