The Cortland County Drug Task Force and the City of Cortland Police Department have made another large drug bust in the City of Cortland.
Conducting a traffic stop on Grant St. in the City of Cortland on Friday, July 1st. Police found 37 year old Nicole L. Evener operating the vehicle with multiple traffic infractions and also operating with a suspended driver’s license.
While officers investigated they found Evener to be in possession of over 7 ounces of meth, 110 bags of heroin, Oxycodone pills, a Vyvanse pill, nearly 2 ounces of Molly, packaging materials, and a scale.
Officers also found a loaded firearm and an undisclosed amount of cash.
The street value of the drugs found is estimated to be over $24,500 dollars.
She was arrested and remanded to Cortland County Jail with no bail.
