The City of Cortland Planning Commission will meet tonight for their monthly meeting at 5:15 in City Hall on Court Street in the City of Cortland.
Some agenda items for tonight’s meeting include: a minor subdivision, site plan reviews of 19 Church St. (Rose Hall) and 28 Main Street (Former Mullen’s Office Supply).
The former Mullen’s Office Supply, which has sat vacant after owner, Francis Mullen, retired some years ago, looks to have new life ready.
A proposal is expected to be introduced to the Planning Commission for a complete renovation of the building that will include new windows, floors, ceilings, wall finishes, a serving kitchen, restrooms, bar and seating area, 3 golf simulator stations, and a 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor.
Property owner, McNeil Development has hired Ithaca based architect Alton G. Ainslie to lead the design of the proposed project.
