Annual Cortland County Independence Day Celebrations Taking Place Tomorrow

The annual Cortland County Independence Day Celebration will be taking place tomorrow, Saturday July 6th at Dwyer Memorial Park in Little York. Gates will open at 8am and will cost $5 per vehicle entering the park. The celebration will include live music, food, craft vendors, a beer/wine tent, and fireworks at dusk.


Food vendors this year include: Holy Smoked, Kona Ice, Lulu’s Kettle Corn, Skippy’s Ice Cream, Meg-A-Moo’s Ice Cream, Reczkos Munchies, The Friendly Falafel, and the Baked Potato Express.

Live music will begin at 2pm. The lineup may be found below:

  • 2pm Steve Daniels
  • 3pm Modafferi
  • 4pm Elderly Brothers
  • 5pm Second Spring
  • 6pm Molly Reagan + Chris Merkley
  • 7pm Little Slicer
  • 8pm People People

In the event of rain, the fireworks will be pushed to Sunday, July 7th. Only the fireworks will be delayed.
