Allergy Forecast for Cortland County at High Level

The allergy season is here and the current 5-day allergy forecast for our area is now considered at a high level.

The high level indicates tree pollen is at a higher level than normal.

Tips to use to help avoid the worst of allergy season include:

-Showering after being outdoors, this will remove pollen you picked up outside.

-Keeping windows shut and using an AC or HEPA purifier to filter allergens.

-Checking the weather, wind increases the amount of pollen in the air.
