Four people were arrested over the weekend after they were found cooking meth at a home in McLean.
On Saturday, State Police and Tompkins County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of someone cooking meth at a home located at 1 School Street.
A search of the apartment turned up three spent “one pot” methamphetamine cooking devices, lab equipment, along with the items and ingredients used to produce the drug.
Police also found one ounce of methamphetamine oil, and approximately 1 gram of methamphetamine powder.
31-year-old Ashlie Bowen and 25-year-old Wyatt Bowen, both of that address along, with 31-year-old John Dean of Burdett and 48-year-old Marlin Washburn of Ithaca were all charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.
All four were sent to the Tompkins County Jail. The investigation is continuing and further charges are pending.
