A Homer man was arrested early yesterday morning (January 14) after State Police found him to be driving under the influence of drugs, while also in possession of materials used to make methamphetamine.
Troopers attempted to stop 32-year-old David Bucanelli just before 12:30 a.m. on State Route 11 in Homer, but he refused to comply and instead drove down several streets in the village before finally stopping on Cherry Street.
It was there he was finally stopped and place under arrest.
Troopers discovered both drugs and making used to manufacture meth in Bucanelli’s vehicle.
He was processed and now awaits arraignment in the Homer Town Court.
