Ithaca Police say two juveniles reported missing in separate incidents last night (November 21) have now both been found safe-and-sound.
Thirteen-year-old Elijah Richards was reported missing from Abbott Lane just before 9:00 last night and reportedly returned home just before midnight after he was found to be at a friend’s house.
Fifteen-year-old Shawna Reese, who’s reportedly autistic, went missing from her home on W Village Place around 3:15 p.m. and was located walking in the city after midnight by a concerned citizen.
She was then brought to the St. John’s Community Center and later returned to her parents.
Authorities thanked the community and other agencies who helped obtain positive outcomes for both of these children.
