Two Cortland men and a Juvenile were arrested early Monday (November 18) morning after investigators with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Department say they stole property from a vehicle near the Penguin Trailer Park in Cortlandville.
Deputies were called to the scene just past 1 a.m. on a larceny report and located three individuals in the area matching given descriptions.
Arrested at the scene were 20-year old Kevin Falso of Groton Avenue, and 19-year old Thomas Shutts, of Pine Street, along with a 17-year old juvenile.
Both Falso and Shutts were arrested on misdemeanor charges of petit larceny and conspiracy.
Falso was released to Alternatives to Incarceration and is due back in court on December 4.
Shutts was held on $500 cash / $1,000 bond and is due back in court on December 2
The juvenile was petitioned into Cortland County Family Court.
