Police have one suspect in custody but say another is still at-large, related to a shooting yesterday (September 4) morning near the Green Street Parking Garage in downtown Ithaca.

Ithaca Officers responded to the scene just before 10:00 and found a male victim who’d been shot three times in the chest and back, identified as 30-year-old Shane Lott, of Rochester.

Lott was taken to Cayuga Medical Center and later transferred to a regional trauma center, where he’s currently in the ICU.

While at the scene, Police were called to Cayuga Street after one of the suspects was spotted fleeing north on a bicycle.

Officers located and arrested 38-year-old Woodrow Turner, of Ithaca, after observing him discard a .357 revolver with five spent bullets inside.

Police are now looking for 33-year-old Andrae Martin of Ithaca, who they say is the primary suspect who likely fired the shots.

They’re now working with the FBI and U.S. Marshal Service to find him.
