Update: Both Runaway Teens Have Been Located Says Cortland Sheriff’s Office

Both have been located and are safe says the Cortland County Sheriff’s office.


The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the public in locating a run-away 17-year-old male and 14-year-old female, both from the Cincinnatus area.

Officers began investigating yesterday (August 23), following a reported missing persons complaint involving 17-year-old Thomas Henry and 14-year-old Brooke Maricle.

It’s believed that the two ran away from their homes to meet up with one another and leave the area. Henry was last seen at around 12:00-12:30 a.m. Friday (August 23) and Maricle was last seen around 10:00 p.m. on Thursday (August 22).

Henry’s description is as follows:

White male, 17 years old, brown hair, blue eyes, 6 feet 1 inch tall, approximately 135-140 pounds. Last seen wearing a black tank top and black pants.

 

 

Maricle:

White female, 14 years old, blonde hair, blue eyes, 5 feet 2 inches tall, approximately 125-130 pounds.

Last seen wearing blue jeans and converse sneakers, unknown shirt.

Their current whereabouts are unknown at this time.

While investigation is ongoing to find the pair, the Sheriff’s Office says it has no reason to believe their in danger.
