A Cortland County woman will spend up to 90 days in jail after admitting the theft of nearly $250 thousand dollars from her employer in Tompkins County.
55-year-old Pamela Johnson was sentenced Wednesday.
She pled guilty to second-degree grand larceny and faced up to 15 years in prison.
Initially, she was charged with multiple counts of larceny and 65 counts of falsifying business records. Johnson has repaid $247 thousand dollars in restitution.
