A pedestrian was sent to the hospital with minor injuries Monday (April 1) night after an accident with a motor vehicle on Route 13 in Dryden.
Deputies with the Tompkins County Sheriffs Department responded to the scene at the intersection of Etna Lane in Dryden just past 9:00 Monday night.
Several callers had reported to 911 that the collision involved a car and a pedestrian and State Route 13 was closed for a short period.
The pedestrian was transported to a nearby hospital with minor head and neck injuries by Dryden Ambulance.
The driver of the vehicle did not sustain any physical injuries and no tickets were issued.
That incident is still under investigation.
