Bohn Gets 25 to Life For Murder Of Kassidy Dains

Local News

The McGraw man convicted of killing 2-year-old Kassidy Dains last April was sentenced yesterday (March 28) to 25 years to life in prison.

29-year-old Dorian Bohn was convicted of both murder and manslaughter and now could potentially spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Judge Julie Campbell delivered his sentence yesterday in Cortland County Court in front of a room full of witnesses, including members of the Dains family.

Bohn said nothing at his sentencing, but his lawyer says that he does plan to appeal this sentence.
