Greek Peak Ski Resort Hosting 14th Annual Firefighter Winter Games

Local News

Each year, hundreds of firefighters from across the state take a break from their normal day-to-day and get together for a little friendly competition at the annual Firefighter Winter Games.

Greek Peak has hosted the games for the past five years, and will do so again this weekend for the 14th annual games.

The Winter Games include fan-favorite team activities like the hose relay, tug of war, broom ball and much much more. The firefighters will also compete in a broom ball match on Sunday at SUNY Cortland’s Park Center Alumni Ice Arena.
