A guilty verdict was delivered yesterday (February 4) in the Cortland County murder trial against 29-year-old Dorian Bohn.
The McGraw man was convicted in Cortland County Court yesterday of murdering his girlfriend’s two-year-old daughter Kassidy Dains back in April 2018.
Bohn’s multitude of charges included second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter, which now leaves him with a maximum sentence of 25 to life–and a minimum of 15 to life.
Kassidy Dains sustained 50 injuries including a depressed skull fracture while under Bohn’s care and ultimately died from her injuries.
Cortland County District Attorney Patrick Perfetti said Bohn is now scheduled to be sentenced at 10 a.m. on March 28.
