A Cortland man was arrested Monday (January 14) night after a one-vehicle property accident led Police to the discovery of items used to manufacture methamphetamine.
Deputies with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the accident just before 11:00 p.m. on Kellogg Road in the Town of Cortlandville.
They say 25-year-old Jacob Falso of Port Watson Street failed to negotiate a turn and crashed his vehicle.
He was the only occupant of the vehicle, inside of which Police found several items used to make meth along with a hypodermic instrument.
Falso was arrested at the scene and brought to the Public Safety Building for processing.
He was then arraigned in the Town of Cortlandville Court and sent to the Cortland County Jail without bail and was expected to reappear in court yesterday (January 16).
