Ithaca Woman Arrested For Burglary on Arthur Avenue in Cortland

Cortland Police arrested an Ithaca woman yesterday (December 30) for a home burglary she committed in the City of Cortland back on December 13.

Police say 35-year-old Antonella Dintino, of Seven Mile Drive in Ithaca, broke into a residence on Arthur Avenue in the City of Cortland around 2:30 that morning using a metal object to open a locked door. Police say she then stole an umbrella.

A home surveillance video of the burglary in-progress was posted on the City of Cortland Police Facebook page and shared nearly 200 times in an attempt to identify the subject.

Dintino was arrested yesterday and found to be in possession of burglar tools.

She was sent to jail on $500.00/1,000.00 and is set to appear in City Court on January 2.
