Tully Man Accused Of Pocketing Cash From Auto Services On Route 13

A Tully man was arrested Sunday (December 2) after being accused of pocketing cash while working for an unnamed business on Route 13 in the town of Cortlandville.

State Police at Homer received a complaint that 28-year-old Justin Relyea stole over $1,500 in tires and services during the summer time while working at the location as a manager.

An investigation revealed that he had performed services on a vehicle and kept the cash.

Relyea has been released on an appearance ticket to the town of Cortlandville Court on December 10.
