United States Agricultural Secretary Sonny Perdue has invited a local farm family here in Cortland to ring the closing bell today (September 26) at the New York Stock Exchange.
Rebekah Brown of Trinity Valley Dairy Farm on Route 13 will join Secretary Perdue at the podium for the closing ceremony just after 4:00 this evening.
Her husband, Branden Brown, his mother in law Sue Poole and his brother and sister in law Derek and Kelsi Poole will be standing off to the side looking on.
