The Cortland City School District says it’s in the middle of a severe bus driver shortage and is looking for responsible drivers to join its force.
Students are now on buses longer than ever before and sometimes have to wait for a bus and driver to be free to get them to and from school.
The district has even had to postpone sporting events and field trips for lack of drivers.
If you or anyone you know would like to apply to be a bus driver, the district offers paid training!
