A decision released Thursday morning by the State Court of Appeals means Gary Thibodeau will not get a new trial.
Thibodeau was convicted of kidnapping Heidi Allen, 18, in Oswego County in 1994.
Her body was never found.
Thibodeau was sentenced to 25-years to life in prison.
His attorneys asked for a new trial claiming that three other men were involved in Allen’s disappearance.
