One Arrested, Now, Another Cortland Police Warrant Wednesday Fugitive

Cortland Police say one of their Warrant Wednesday fugitives was arrested Monday morning at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.

Nicholas Partis, 31, formerly of Dryden, was arraigned and sent to the Cortland County Jail awaiting $750 cash bail.

Partis was originally wanted for failing to appear in court on Harassment, Drug and Prison Contraband charges.

His next City Court date is Wednesday.

This week’s Warrant Wednesday fugitive from Cortland Police is Eloy Santiago, who is 31 years old.

Police say he last lived in Homer.

Santiago is wanted on a Cortland City Court bench warrant from October 2016, for failure to appear.

Santiago was originally charged with Resisting Arrest, DWI, Obstructing Governmental Administration and traffic violations.
